Pávers takes on project management for a wide range of projects, large and small — from initial idea, preparation, execution and planning through to scheduling and oversight. We source contractors, coordinate the work and follow it through on site.
Pávers brings extensive experience with technical construction, particularly related to electrical work. Years of hands-on knowledge with the installation and operation of electrical distribution systems, on both low- and high-voltage sides. We look for new and economical solutions that benefit the client.
Pávers can take on Category 1 construction management. The construction manager acts on behalf of the owner and ensures drawings and regulations are followed on site. A Category 1 construction manager may manage the construction, maintenance, modification, reconstruction and demolition of buildings up to 2,000 m² in area and no more than 16 m in height.
Pávers holds licensed design authorisation to submit electrical installation drawings.
A building for a two-transformer distribution station under 15 m² — meaning it only requires a notification of construction intent. Designed to combine ample working space, flexible construction and easy access to technical equipment in a compact footprint.
